CURRENT TOURING SHOWS:
TRUNK:
We've spent spring and summer of 2010 developing and touring our latest touring show with the help of Liz Walker of Faulty Optic, Simon Kerrigan, Will Lenton and Gerry Turvey (who has helped us with our new counterbalance aerial crane). Thanks to all of you who have come to and enjoyed performances since then and to those who've given us valuable feedback.
Thanks also to Arts Council England for their support of further development of the show. TRUNK is now fully developed and soon our maverick TRUNK chickens will be in hibernation until touring recommences in spring 2011.
Originally commissioned by The Indian Association of Greater Manchester in association with Ordsall Community Arts and supported by Arts Council England, TRUNK is a joyous visual theatre journey for all the family. It's a Heath Robinson meets Maurice Sendak and Dr Seuss style piece, with a water finale that, so far, has left the audience literally jumping for joy. HONEY:
HONEY has successfully toured again this year and continues to go down a swarm(!) with audiences. We're happy to say that we'll be working in partnership with the Co-op again this year, as they help us take the show from strength to strength. Through a blend of visual theatre and natural history, characteristically genre-bending show HONEY explores the relationship between bee and man. Supported by Arts Council England and The Co-operative's Plan Bee, we're proud to say that this distinctive performance has been a hit at many theatres, museums, street art festivals, food & drink events and more.
