DIRT AND DREAMS was an enchanting and expansive site specific performance commissioned by the City of Salford on the 27th and 28th of September, in Clifton Country Park,

For 80 years Wet Earth Colliery had lain dormant, for two days only the work, lives and legends of 180 years of Dirt and Dreams come tumbling back up its shafts and tunnels.

The event was a great success, check the gallery for images

HANUMAN! THE MONKEY GOD, a giant marionette commissioned by the Indian Association of Greater Manchester for Dasheera Diwali Mela in Platt Fields, Manchester. HANUMAN was a great hit in the event and the parade with our own bubble of noisy mayhem and singing at the back of the parade. Jumping high in the air with animated limbs he is the first of a new line of madcap mechanical giants by Pif-Paf's engineering team. HANUMAN is available for events and parades and we can use the people powered crane to animate new puppets. Hanuman has appeared at Maker Faire Newcastle and will be at Bradford Mela and beyond.

The Truth Doesn't Lie a site specific commission was performed at Oxford Univeristy Museum of Natural History on the 27th of June, a rip-roaring who-dunnit looking at how the truth isn't always what it seems, giant sea cows aren't always honest and why you might want to eat a cockroach (for science). It's a 45 minute show for up to 70 people that we hope to adapt to other Natural History venues, please get in touch to discuss possibilities.
